When you get frizzy hair ...

Find some hand lotion.

If you didn't check the humidity levels before opting for a curly hairstyle and your style starts to resemble a pouf ball by midday, use your hand lotion as a makeshift smoothing cream. Edward Tricomi, co-owner of Warren-Tricomi Salon explains that a dab of hand lotion gives flyaways weight. In addition, the lotion's moisture helps fight frizz by filling hollow hair follicles, preventing them from soaking up any frizz-inducing moisture in the air. Make sure you only use a dab so that it doesn't make your hair look greasy.

Carry alcohol pads and nail glue, all the time. Even if you don't wear fake nails or need first aid, there are a million uses for these!

my roommate curls her lashes with a spoon and the first time i saw her doing it, i thought she was crazy! but after seeing her nicely curled lashes, i guess using a spoon really does work :D

The toilet paper hint reminded me of this obnoxious person I worked with, you know the one that acts like she is smarter and prettier than everyone else around? She kept her toothbrush in a glass on the sink in the bathroom at work. I assumed she never read or heard that the water from the toilet could fly up to 30 feet at times. I always imagined that it was all over the toothbrush that she used.

I have used a seat cover to blot. But I've read never to put hand lotion into hair because it dries out your hair, but I guess in a pinch...

I've used the hand cream to fix my frizzy hair. It works for a quick fix. I will try the antibacterial gel for my hair when it gets greasy.
