Daily Mail, most women reported that Friday at 8pm was the worst time for them to be on a diet. Twenty two percent reported it as their worst dieting time of the week, followed by Saturday evening. The easiest day for dieting? Tuesday, followed by Wednesday and Thursday.
According to the poll, around a quarter of all British women are on a diet at any given moment, though around a third reported struggling with weight loss. Part of the problem? Women do well all week with weight loss and then blow all their extra "saved" calories on weekend snacks. We know that all too well.
