Olivia Wilde has come a long way since her days guest-starring as a lesbian bar tender on "The O.C."

These days, the NYC native is world famous for both her craft and her beauty (and her relationship with "Saturday Night Live's" Jason Sudekis helps ensure the paparazzi are always in tow).

Today, Avon, which was founded in 1886 (!), announced that Wilde, 29, would represent their famous trio of fragrances; Today, Tomorrow and Always.

Launched in 2004, the fragrance collection became an instant classic for the brand and Avon is looking to Wilde's "timeless allure" to help perpetuate its popularity.

"Olivia is an inspirational example of a woman who embodies beauty both inside and out," Meg Lerner, Avon's Vice President of North America Marketing says. "Her passion and dedication to helping others makes her a perfect fit for Avon."

For her part, the actress, who's politically active on many levels including being a board member of Artists for Peace and Justice, which provides education and health services in Haiti, says that, "I am honored to be partnering with Avon as the face of the Today. Tomorrow. Always. fragrances," explained Wilde. "The collection is made up of fragrances that are true classics, yet modern and fresh at the same time."
