Time magazine releases both a best-dressed list and a worst-dressed list at the end of each calendar year. I think you can see exactly where this is headed.

Ms. Cyrus made both of Time's year-end lists. Best-dressed? Worst-dressed? She's the only one to have both on lock. The 21-year-old singer scored accolades for a green mermaid-y Marc Jacobs dress she wore back in October, while her infamous nude latex two-piece put her in the worst-dressed doghouse as the magazine's worst look of the year.
