Gwen Stefani's Partnership With OPI: Not Your Grandma's Nail Polish
The music and fashion icon's limited edition offering features "breakthrough" finishes

Coming in January, the Gwen Stefani by OPI collection "presents the latest in pigments and finishes, while combining elements of haute couture and street fashion." Among the seven limited-edition items:
- Over & Over A-Gwen: Stefani's signature OPI red is available in a boxed set that includes Swarovski black crystals and silver, gold and pewter studs in bar, square, diamond and circle shapes for creating unique nail designs. ($14.95)
- Love.Angel.Music.Baby. and 4 in the Morning boast a "new, semi-matter satin finish designed to be worn without a top coat." ($9)
- Push and Shove: A chrome-colored polish that's worn on top of "Lay Down that Base" (the two are packaged together) . One coat of base followed by two of the polish renders a striking mirrored finish. ($9)
OPI wanted to create a collection as dramatic, diverse and glamorous as its namesake," says Weiss-Fischmann and, with this collection, coming January to ULTA, JCPenney, Dillard's and professional salons across the nation, it certainly has.
