They say that dieting steals all your extra brain bandwidth and makes it hard to think -- which can actually sabotage your weight loss goals in the process. • Topless feminist protest group FEMEN let it all hang out on the runway at Nina Ricci. The Ukrainian radical feminist group stormed Ricci's catwalk baring their chests shouting "fashion = fascism," with "model don't go to brothel" and "fashion dictaterror" scrawled across their chests. They were, predictably, removed by security. This isn't the first time FEMEN's protested fashion: earlier this year, they stormed the set of the finale of Heidi Klum's Germany's Next Top Model, too. • Stressed out about the lines on your forehead -- do what Jane Seymour (and we) did: get bangs. There's a series of partner yoga stretches that Alec participates in. Says Hilaria, "Sometimes I step into his world, and that was an example of him stepping into my world.
