Easy Make Up Tips You Can Do In Your Car

Try these easy make up tips that you can do in the car (while parked, of course)

When life gets too busy and stressful, it is not uncommon to start skimping on beauty treatments and neglecting your appearance in small ways. First it starts with cutting back on the manicures and pedicures, then the next thing you know you are throwing your hair into a bun every day. Instead of stressing, try some of these easy make up tips that you can do when you are on the run. One product you should invest in is a multi purpose blush stick or a lip and cheek stain in one. Not only will you have fewer products to carry around but you will save time by multi tasking. Having a crazed morning, every day? Read Sexy Makeup You Can Do In Your Car for a list of time saving beauty tricks and easy make up tips for the woman on the go.

For a more low maintenance look that will last all day, apply a cream shadow base to your eyes, then apply eye shadow and liner. This look will last for hours and you will not have to spend time later on reapplying it. Other easy make up tips include powdering over your lipstick lightly with a powder (recommended by makeup artist Laura Mercier) in order to set the color and prevent lipstick from running, and keep a stick of gloss on hand for quick and easy touch ups. I'm guilty of putting makeup on in the car more than once

I have become a pro at doing "quickie" make up in the car. I've just become too lazy to spend a lot of primping time in the morning before work. Cream eye shadows are becoming my best friend! I recently started using the Color Tattoo by Eyestudio from Maybeline. It is easy to apply with your finger just one color and you're done - easy as pie. Then with a quick curl of the lashes and a light coat of mascara, I can walk into work looking and feeling put together. ELF has cream eyeshadow colors that are not as pigmented and tend to crease on the eyelid so although the price tag is set at just $1, it's not worth it. I like the idea of a dual lip and cheek color.
