Light rose scent with slight musk
I received a bottle of this for review, and at first was a little worried it would be too heavy for me. I tend to associate "more expensive" brands with heavy scents, but this was actually surprisingly great! To my very untrained nose, it mostly smells of rose, which I love. This would be totally appropriate for work, which suits me because I don't really go out much at night, so that's where I will be wearing it most of the time! Go lightly for a light girly scent
At first spritz, you can't ignore the perfume's flirty, free-spirited berry and floral undertones but after the fragrance sets, the sandalwood comes into play for a hint of older sophistication. When applying, remember that a little goes a long way because the perfume is highly fragrant and too much will leave you over-doused in a cloud of sugary berry. Very light
This is a light floral fragrance that would be good for spring and summer. It might be too light for the fall and winter months. I like it, but not everone will.
I'm no perfume critic, but this one really hits the spot. To be honest, my untrained nose finds similarities between this to Victoria's Secret Love Spell, but almost like a more "grown up" and pleasant version of it. modern version of YSL Paris
The bottle reminds me of antique crystal salt and peppershakers. I thought it was an old woman perfume but, no, it's young and fresh! A surprising scent
I have to admit that, after I received this product and smelled it in the bottle, I did not expect to like it. It smelled a bit too floral for my liking. But, after spraying it on, the smell turned into a lovely and light floral scent. You can definitely smell roses and sandalwood, but in a great combination. Just ehh
I really liked the smell of this perfume at first. However, the fragrance never dulled down and I ended up thinking it was too strong after a few hours. The scent also seemed to change a little as time went on. From the description of the perfume top notes, I was a little scared. I hate anything that is scented like roses. I was afraid this perfume would have a hint of a rose smell to it. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not. I would describe the scent as light and a bit powdery. To me, there was not a distinct overall scent, other than sweet. Ok but not for me
I liked this perfume alright, but it's definitely not something I would have chosen for myself. It was really strong when I first put it on and it faded very fast throughout the day.
