Tokidoki Gelato Tinted Lip Balm Stain

I know lip sticks are totally essential for some women but I'm really not a lipstick person. I'm not much of lip gloss person either... I just like lip balms and lip tints. This item is exactly a cross between a lip balm and a lip tint. There's enough color without the dryness lip tints can leave and I personally like this color, Donutella, because it's not in-your-face obvious but it still gives a nice light color.

I have to say I wasn't too thrilled about this product, the only reason I even bought it was because it was $3 at Sephora. But I have to say the shade Pink Martini is awesome, it feels like a lip balm when I rub my lips together, but stays put even after a meal. All I'll need is a slight touch up and even that isn't exactly necessary.

Pink Martini

I LOVE these! They have a small but perfect color selection, high pigmentation, and an excellent smell. Pink Martini is a pretty shade of hot pink that is melon scented.

Donutella & Pink Martini

Donutella & Pink Martini are the two colors I picked up from Sephora. The packaging is absolutely adorable & I always get complimented when I reapply these stains in public. They are so creamy & smooth to apply I forget that they are stains & not balms! By far the most moisturizing stains on the planet & they were only $3. I hope they start producing the make up on their own or hook up with another specialty store soon. Donutella is a lighter, coral pink while Pink Martini is a bold, deep pink. Donutella has a tendency to become brighter as time goes on. The bright coral pink looks natural & looks great with my fair skin. I save Pink Martini for nighttime because it is a very bold & passionate type of color. Both taste fruity & smell absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them & hope they are manufactured in the future.

I love anything to do with beauty and wanted to revamp my collection after being inspired by magazines and advertisements for new products. They did a great job of making a makeup product that goes on smooth and lasts for a long time without creating any stickiness. Not only does the lip balm feel great on my lips, but it also makes my lips pop due to the subtle lip tint! There is no more stickiness between my lips, on top, or underneath and the lip balm does not make my sometimes-sensitive skin irritated! This was very important to me in a beauty product seeing that other brands have made this happen before. There were no smudges to be seen on my face from it. It helped with any color I chose out of the collection to wear and helped me feel ready for anything whether it be a lunch with the girlfriends, a date with the beau, or a night out on the town! Defiantly worth the money to buy because it is reliable and works for any given situation. I am positive that once it runs out I will purchase it again without thinking twice about another brand’s tinted lip balm. I have told all my friends and sorority sisters about it and recommend it with an A+! Some have even gone out and bought the product already due to its great reviews. This is too great to pass up! Horrible

I got Donutella, which people raved about, and I hated it. I didn't like the smell, the consistency, or the fakey-looking color on my lips. I returned it as soon as I could. Not recommended at all.

Natural Stain

I had bought the pink martini shade from Sephora and loved it so much that I ordered 5 more. I have cool, pale skin and it makes my lips look very rosy pink. Very natural looking. I apply the balm stain in the morning then just moisture with Eos lip balm the rest of the day- I never lose color. I also love the cherry scent of the pink martini shade and the tubes are TOO CUTE.
