Best Toner for Dry to Normal Skin
Well this is the best toner I have ever used and now its discontinued!! Well I havent tried its replacement but this Toner is perfect and does exactly what its supposed to. I have used many different brands of hydrating toner, this one is the best leaves your skin feeling free of any radicals and it is ready for your daily routine.
