Would love to...but can't.
I first bought this deodorant because I had been having problems with regular anti-perspirant deodorants (they were giving me rashes and in some cases small balls filled with puss under the skin that were VERY painful!!). I chose the Apricot scent which smells absolutely heavenly and I enjoyed the feeling of the all natural deodorant on my skin. It even helped with the problems I was having. U...read morenfortunately, I put it on one morning before work and not even half way through the day, I could have knocked out a horse. I don't work out or have a strenuous job...sitting at a desk with some light lifting so I was surprised to find that it didn't last. Good product
I, too, was looking for aluminum-free products and happened upon Tom's. I have tried lavender and calendula. Both work great under normal (not extra, extra hot) conditions. I Love It!
I am on my first stick of this product (apricot scent) and it's great! I'd been using Adidas' Cotton Tech prior to this, so was already used to an aluminum-free deoderant. I think this stuff works great! Yes, there's a little more wetness with this kind of product, but my underarms don't itch! That's the best part about going aluminum-free. Not For Me.
I bought the Apricot scent about 2 weeks ago and it just doesn't cut it in the Az heat. It lasts probably 1 to 2 hours at best. It definitely does not do what it claims to do, which is to keep you dry all day and keep odor away. The price is good, but a waste of money if it doesn't work. Great Product!!! Aluminum free!!!!!!!!!!
I switched to Tom's of Maine Deodorant about 3 years ago and I absolutely love this deodorant. I was an anti-perspirant person for umpteen years before and so it took some getting used to this natural product but it is well worth it in the long run. I wanted to get away from the harmful affects of the aluminum zirconium in most other store brands - which can lead to memory loss, alzheimer's parkin...read moreson's disease, etc. I can honestly say my memory is sharper since I switched deodorants! I do not forget as much and once I walk out my front door, I no longer have to re-enter my house 3 times before I actually leave the driveway because I forgot something and had to go back in! For first timers trying the product, I recommend starting on Friday and get used to it over the weekend because you will notice maybe a little more moisture than with anti-perspirants but hey - your body is designed to perspire - it is not natural to stop that from occurring! Medicinal Smell

I love this product
I was psyched to come across this product after reading about potential links between anti-perspirants and breast cancer. This product works great for me as a deoderant. I still find myself sweating occassionally (though I live where temperatures exceed 105 daily) but no stinkiness. Great concept but doesn't really work

Delicious smelling and non-toxic
Unfortunately, I don't think this helps much with odor control, but I do wear it if I'm just out running errands and plan to take a shower later. It is the deodorant I use when I don't mind if I have a slight odor (like when I walk to the gym). Does not last but I love the smell
While previous reviewers are correct about the limited effect of this product, the lavender smells wonderful. I feel so refreshed after putting it on. While you will probably notice a rank smell from your pits at the end of a sweaty day, I had to go searching inside mine to find that nasty smell. Overall I love the mild deodorant.
