Favorite Mineral Foundation
The color is a perfect match for my very light skin. Also I have sensitive skin and this foundation does not irritate it. The coverage is buildable, meaning you can add more powder to achieve better coverage. Ouch!
I got this at a BOGO sale. Thought I'd give it a try. I bought a couple different colors, and even though I found a good match for my skintone, the makeup just did not look natural on my face. After a few minutes came the "ouch," I had read that the mineral makeup was supposed to be gentle on your skin, and I don't have sensitive skin, but this stuff made my skin very irritated. Decent coverage and nice glow, but not recommended for dry skin
I purchased this product along with the All-Over Mineral Glow during a BOGO sale. My initial interest in the line was piqued by all I had read about mineral makeup, and claims that this line is preservative-free. I am no beauty junkie, but my skin has gotten a bit uneven in my 20s and I was looking for some coverage. I am interested in more natural products and this seemed to be a reasonable pric...read moree, so I took advantage of the sale. I usually like the coverage I get with this product; however, it is a nightmare when my skin is dry (read: all winter). It only enhances the flakes, so I would not recommend this to someone prone to dry skin. The minerals usually give a nice glow though. Good for mass marketed product
This makeup has pretty good coverage and is affordable. I wish there were more color choices. I am of mixed race and I have yet to find the perfect color for my skin. I have issues.
I had three problems with the Bare Naturale powder: 1. The packaging with the built in brush was a bother. Using the brush that was built into the lid was uncomfortable and awkward, so I had to get another brush. 2. This is not a good choice for people with very pale skin- the lightest shade is still in the "barbie or bandaid beige' color range. 3. Honestly, it looked like crap. Better that the foundation
While I didn't like the foundation, the concealer worked well for me. I thought it gave excellent coverage, blended well, and it didn't seem cakey to me like the foundation did. A little disappointed
The Bare Naturale Foundation did not live up to my expectations. It was cakey, and too heavy for me. It didn't blend well for me. Not to mention the bad package design. Very messy. For the price, it's okay, but if you really want a mineral makeup that does the job properly, spend a little extra money, and get the higher end brands.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
