I have worked w/traditional liquid and powder foundations in the past and this is by far the best! The kit gives you a chance to experiecne 2 shades of foundation, setting powder, bronzer, brushes, skin prep and an educational DVD. Great product
I bought this a few years ago at Sephora, and I'm very happy with the starter kit. The bronzing powder lasts longer than the mineral veil. I refill the pots and these are in my travel bag. I found that I need a good moisturizer and wait 5 minutes for it to sink in before applying the powder. My skin is combination, so some areas can look a bit drier. Can't believe the coverage
I bought this kit because I was going on vacation to a very humid area. ( I live in the desert) I have been using it since and have replaced all of the items at least once. I have also gotten a friend even more hooked that I am. The coverage is amazing. Trying to cover a pimple with other products always made it more noticeable. Happy with Bare Escentuals
I ordered the starter kit after my best friend recommended it. I am happy with it because it's so easy and quick to apply. The brushes it comes with are fantastic. Obsessed with Mineral Veil
I love the bare minerals starer kit. You get everything you need plus a dvd that shows you how to use them. I have dry skin and even though this is a powder makeup it never looks cakey and you look like you are not wearing anything on your face. Plus, as a bonus it has spf 15 in it, so, you are getting added sun protection ( much needed for this fair skined irish girl). I love the brushes, the kabuki is my favorite. Be careful ordering online
I ordered the starter kit from the Bare Escentuals site and got put into the 'club' automatically. I didn't know until I got the second set of makeup and the bill. They were nice about taking it back but it is a bit of a hassle. Very light!
I have been using this product for only 6 months now and I have to agree with a lot of what is said on their infomercials. It's light and blends so well that you don't get that line of foundation on your neck. I believe they have a travel kit available but I don't have it. So touch ups on the go are a bit of a hassle. This kit contains everything you need to get started! Bare Escentuals mineral foundation is wonderful... it lasts all day, feels great on, and gives me prefect, even skin! Perfect Starter Kit!!
This is perfect way for someone to start using this product. I cannot say enough great things about Bare Escentuals in general, and especially the foundation. It is so light on the face. Not only does it not clog your pores but it actually has ingredients that are good for your skin!
