Good for the price.

the best I've ever tried!
-to all those who say that this clumps up, use your common sense and learn how to wipe the excess mascara off before applying!- I've gone through a zillion of different drugstore brands, and finally fed up with mascara running after a good cry, I decided to switch to waterproof. thank God this was in the store when I went shopping! It can stay on my lashes overnight and doesn't leave little black ...read moreflakes or smudge if I wipe my eyes. CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof
This is a great volumizing mascara. I also have always loooved the rubber bristle brush. The formula doesn't flake either. On the other hand, I had to give my lashes a break for a while b/c it is very very difficult to removed and takes out lashes. thick full lashes

Lashes are HUGE!

I'd go with the non-waterproof
Because non-waterproof mascaras always smudge under my eyes, I started using waterproof formulas exclusively. The one thing I always disliked about waterproof was that they are almost impossible to get off. I tried the LashBlast in non-waterproof AND waterproof and found that not only do NEITHER of them smudge, but that the waterproof was literally impossible to remove without considerable rubbing...read more to the eye (hello, premature eye-aging), and the non-waterproof was incredibly easy to remove. Also the waterproof formula did not perform as well, in my opinion...it didn't give nearly as much volume. And it clumped. I noticed these considerable differences between the non-waterproof and waterproof LashBlash and definitely would go with the non-waterproof. LOVE IT!
this mascara is absolutely amazing! it really pumps up the volume on my lashes AND lengthens! i have really short, straight lashes that can't seem to ever stay up when i curl them but this really keeps them up for a decent amount of time. not the entire day but i'm still very happy with it. my friends have actually said they noticed length in my lashes when i wore it! it's seriously worth the buy. :)This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

won't wash off!
this does leave a dark residue around my eyes even when i use makeup remover. the non-waterproof one is nice & separates the lashes but flaked too much in my eyes. this one clumps all my lashes together. it lasts all day but....last too long on my skin when i want to wash it off.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Just Okay
This is a good mascara, but it's definitely not one you should wear everyday, being that it is waterproof. It's very difficult to get off as is any waterproof mascara. I found it to be sort of gooey & clumpy & I found that it kind of gave me raccoon eyes. I would sometimes end up with mascara under my lower lashes somehow, when I didn't even apply any there. If you can get past the wand, you'll LOVE this formula
Since it's debut earlier this year, LashBlast remains one of my favorite mascaras (in the waterproof formula). Since the wand is huge, it's tricky to keep the mascara from getting on your eye lids, but once you get the hang of it, it's amazing. Lashes are the blackest black and the formula really beefs up my wimpy asian lashes. Also?
