Fantabulous mascara!

Its a mascara
I really wanted to like this mascara and all it claimed to be. First thing I figured out was that the wand was incredibly uncomfortable for me to hold let alone swipe on my lashed. It left them hard and unimpressive.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Love it:)

Great for thin lashes
i have thin, long, straight lashes and this mascara works wonders! it does have a dry formula, which is really good for my lashes. it volumizes my lashes, but it's not over dramatic, which is great a day look. it also doesn't clump easily, so i don't always need a mirror to apply it. this is definetly one of my favorite mascaras, and i prefer this one over higher end mascaras.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Good, not great

This is good, but could be improved.

a serious blast of lash power
I love CoverGirl LashBlast Volume!!! Can I say it again? I LOVE THIS STUFF! Ok maybe I’m not a haute-brand-super-expensive cosmetic guru, I’m really more of a CVS-Target-sometimes-diyer… so the fact that this stuff is inexpensive AND does the job really impresses me. I love the fat brush, I love the tiny bristles and how they are perfect for getting those hard-to-find inner eye lashes, and I...read more love the colors. “Blackest Black” is just that, great for the smoky eye and night-time looks, and black brown is a nice charcoal-ish chocolate; subtle enough to almost look natural during the day yet just dark enough to be noticeable. I have fair skin and strawberry blond hair, so if I don’t wear mascara my eyes look naked and I like them to POP. This does it all! The length, curl, and volume I can achieve with this product is fantastic. I will say, I really do think a big part of it is the application. Honestly, you can achieve somewhat comparable results with sub-par mascara, it just takes a lot more work. So my method is as follows: Coat 1: Start at the outer corner of the upper lash line – place the brush under the lashes as close to the lid as you can get, and rotate the wand away from your eye so that it is rolling in a forward motion with the top of the wand moving downward and away from you, as you sweep it slowly up toward the end of your lashes. Continue this motion along the lash line working toward the inner eye. Coat 2: Place the wand again at the outer corner of the upper lash line above the lashes this time, (no need to recoat the brush just yet), and roll the wand in the opposite direction so that now the top of the wand rotates back toward you. Optional: Use the small tip of the brush to catch any stray lashes at the inner corner of the eye that may have been missed, and separate any clumped lashes with a lash comb. Be careful not to use the comb too much though, as it can pull off much of the volume you’ve built up with the 2nd coat. Before moving on to the other eye, insert the brush into the container and TWIST it inside to gather up more mascara. DON’T pump it up and down, that will dry out your mascara faster! Overall, I love this mascara, and will probably continue using it as long as it is made!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

alright
This is a pretty good mascara, but I have tried others that I would prefer to use. This mascara seemed to make my lashes really stiff and wasn't extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Not all that great
when I first saw the commercial for this I was like wow and then I went to walmart and got it but when I got home to use it I was a little disappointed.
