RE: Great Versatile Finishing Mineral Powder
I not only use the Mineral Veil over my Bare Escentuals Mineral Foundation, but I also use it to set my eyeshadow as well. I notice that it keeps my eyeshadow on longer. I also use it for touch-ups if needed throughout the day. Can't live without
I don't notice any shimmer with the original mineral veil, just soft smooth skin. I wear mineral veil as a 'primer' under my foundation to absorb moisture, and also over my foundation to seal and smooth my skin. I get compliments everyday on the smoothness of my skin. If I apply my blush after mineral veil, I get an extremely natural glow to my cheeks. I always seem to work up to a slightly 'sticky' state when applying makeup. feels light and comfortable on skin
This powder is a great lightweight coat to cover up shine or just freshen up your face during the day. It is translucent and does not cover any blemishes, but I seem to have less of them using this product.. I love this stuff! Gives the glow and the natural look.
I always have this in my makeup bag. Sometimes I will give my face a break from all the foundation and let it breathe. On somedays when I want a light coverage I put the mineral veil on. With foundation it gives the glow I needed and it makes the foundation last longer, I think. Love the foundation, mineral veil...not so much

Love it
Really does a great job just smoothing things over on your face, evens things out. I also do not care for the "feather light" mineral veil, though. The feather light MV made my face feel very shiny.
