My normal skin became oil/clogged pores
UPDATE: After about a week of use, I noticed my skin became a little oil (I have normal skin) and clogged pores. When I stopped using for 2 days my skin wasn't as oily and I stopped getting breakouts. This also caused my eyelids to become red; although it does say to 'avoid eye contour area' but how does one remove makeup, especially eye makeup? I still need a separate eye makeup remover. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The new package is a skinny sleek bottle, much more modern than the photo shown above. After wiping this toner on with a cotton pad my skin felt velvety smooth, calm and hydrated. Although expensive this is the best and most hydrating toner I have ever used. This is supposed to be a 3-in-1: cleanser, toner and makeup remover. I still use a gel cleanser before this. As a toner and mu remover I definitely see more dirt on my cotton pad than with other toners I've used. Claims to remove waterproof mascara which I haven't tried but it takes a few hard wipes to remove under eye residue left from cleanser. Very effective as a toner and that's what I use it for.
