Vaseline is unbeatable. There are so many uses for just a small travel sized jar of Vaseline. Use it as a moisturizer for dry elbows and knee caps. Use it as a lip balm for dry chapped lips. Lip Saver!
I have always been a person obsessed with the condition and texture of my lips. I go through lip balms like crazy. This last winter was a particularly rough one on my lips. My Grandma suggested I put Vaseline on my lips, and sure enough it worked like a charm! I put a tiny bit on my lips and use a small extra soft toothbrush to exfoliate away dried, cracked, and dead skin and then apply a little more to smooth the whole thing out. An oldie but goodie!
I have been practically living on this stuff since being sick for months. You know when you blow your nose so much that your whole face feels raw, and putting regular cream on just won't cut it? That's when I turn to this stuff because it instantly soothes my dry patches & even doubles as a great lip balm. This is a staple to anyone's medicine cabinet! addicting!
I keep a bottle next to my bed and it foes on in the morning and night before i go to bed. I also have a small tube to carry in my pocketbook as well. I use it instead of lip gloss b/c its less sticky and looks more nautal and is SO nouroshing for chapped lips and lasts ALOT longer than any other chaptick out there.
