Meh, it's okay.
I used this product for a long time, and it's not that great. I buy it now and then when I'm on a tight budget, but that's about it. I recently bought the water-proof one in 'very black,' and the major thing I hate about it is that it gives me raccoon eyes! I keep having to put concealer under my eyes, and it doesn't make your lashes that big which is was I expected anyway.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
