Decent Mascara
I think this mascara is pretty decent. I just tried a newer type of CoverGirl mascara that would not come out with any waterproof makeup remover, so I went back to Maybelline Great Lash. Not for Naturally Straight Eye Lashes
I have very straight eye lashes that is not very easy to curl. I would wear water proof mascara every day to hold my curves up. With curling my lashes, my lashes falls straight down after applying this mascara. I personally will not repurchase this mascara. Friends For Life?
I have been wearing great lash mascara since I was a teenager. I feel that there are other brands in the market that give you better volume, have a better wand. But at the same time I like the non-exaggerated almost natural finish on this mascara. I am a brunette, so on me, this looks like Im wearing not much on my eyes at all! Its just a little lash definition. Its not waterproof so beware of racoon eyes. Makes my lashes look great.
I am not really a fan of mascara as I have issues with things near my eyes when they are open, but when I do wear it this has worked really well for me. I like that it comes off without much scrubbing when I want it to, but it doesn't smudge when I'm wearing it. Which is good as the days I wear eye make up are always the days that I end up rubbing my eyes so it could potentially be a disaster. CLASSIC!!
This product may not give mage watt volume but for the price, you can't beat it!! Great Lash formula...but not a great brush!
As someone who worked for Maybelline years ago, I always loved the colors and the "wash off" formula of Maybelline Great Lash. However, I was never a big fan of the brush. It needs to be slightly larger and have a brush that has more fullness. The formula is great for those who wear contacts. I have used Great Lash for many years, and although the brush is not "GREAT" for me, this mascara is long-wearing and does not irritate my eyes!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
