Different environment problems.

Simple Mascara is the Best

Great for the short wear

Great mascara doesn't have to cost a lot
I've been using this mascara since it came out. Back then it even came in green and plum in addition to black, brown and royal blue. Hey, it was the '70s! It can't be beat. I've tried others when I've gotten them as part of another makeup package. I try them and then I toss them. There is no camparison. Why would anyone spend $20 or more on mascara? Maybelline's Great Lash is aptly name...read mored. It makes my lashes look great and is never gloppy. It goes on well and comes off easily and, best of all, it looks natural. No spider eyes here! I liked the original tube design better and have even kept one for old time's sake. However, the brush has vastly improved over the years. why spend more? this is the best.

Way too much hype for a not-so-great product

Old Reliable
In the past few years, I've tried a number of different mascaras, always hoping to make my short, think lashes look naturally plush. I recently both Great Lash, after not using it for a while and I wondered why I stopped. I seem to remember it as being kind of gobby and gooey, so maybe they improved the formula.
