I was always a doubter....
I had read countless times that this was the #1 mascara and had been for YEARS but I never believed it. Then on a whim (and there was a sale BOGO) and I finally bought it. I do declare this does live up to it's promises. I love the way my lashes look......LONG AND STRONG.
