really flaky

Worth every penny
It's difficult to control, too wet to use easily and the applicator is small and awkward. I always end up making a mess with it. 10 Best Mascaras -- EVER -
Seems watered-down
yes its cheap... but the product just doesn't seem to cover my lashes.. I have to dip into the container and swirl the wand around too many times in order to cover each set of lashes. Terrible!

All Around Favorite

OVER-RATED
I completely agree that this mascara is way over rated. It is cheap, and i guess for those who just want simple lashes it's not bad at all. But I think that it does nothing for me. It doesnt give any volume at all or length. I don't understand why so many people love it. Great mascara, and hey not too pricey either!
