i have tried many different eyeshadow bases before i was referred to urban decay but some fellow makeup addicts and so i purchased it and tried it out and wow! i never seen my eyeshadow stay on so well. i actually need to purchase more soon.

Genius in a bottle!

Not only does this bottle look super cute, but there is magic inside! This is the best eyeshadow primer I have ever tried - application is easy, it goes on smoothly, dries fast and feels silky. It also has a tiny bit of pigment to conceal any darkness on your eyelids. The best part is that it is fairly inexpensive and shadow stays put all day, even through humid summer days! A must-have for the eyeshadow lovers.
