Good but not Perfect
I have always had trouble keeping my eyeshadow in place--the colors tend to fade within a few hours, and I get the dreaded creasing, espeically with brighter, more highly pigmented shadows. I tried this potion, hoping it would be the cure-all. While it was good, and it did help keep the colors from fading and sliding around, it didn't really stop the creasing. And my eyeshadow didn't stay smooth...read more and powdery for very long after it was applied. The skin on my eyelids tends to stay pretty moist, so that may be part of the problem. I also have deep set eyes, so that may be part of it, too. This stuff is the best!
I use this everday underneath my eyeshadow! It used to drive me nuts -- I'd put eyeshadow on and then a couple hours later it was like I hadn't put any on! best primer ever

Works for me
I like this product alot. Does for me what it says it will do. I gave it a 9 because i wish the bottle was designed differently. The design while being cute doesnt allow me to get all of the product out of the bottle. I have to cut it open when its getting low. I learned this by reading other reviews on another site. Must-have!
I haven't used any other primers besides the UDPP, so I can't compare it to anything else (when I run out I plan to try out Too-Faced Shadow Insurance though~), but this does the job for me. My eyeshadow doesn't smudge, run, or fade throughout the day, and it doesn't leave any weird feelings on your eyelids either. lasts from morning to night!
I got a little sample of this and decided to try it out with my eyeshadow that I know has bad wear and extreme creasing (FYI: it's VS Barebronze eyeshadow strips, beautiful colors, horrible performance). However, this primer lasted me all day, usually midday the color around the browbone stars to wear down and the creases really start to show, but with this primer potion it lasted me all day. definitely "gotta have"
i love this product; not only does it keep your eyeshadow from creasing, but it also gives you the extra shimmer. You can even use this without any eyeshadow; it'll still look great. Good Product
I was impressed with Urban Decays' staying power. I use it every day and it keeps my eyeshadow on even in high heat. Please note that you should let it dry before you apply nshadow.
