    Fabulous!

I have very oily skin and my eyelids are no different. I tried Sephora eye Primer and that was a total bomb =(. Since I did not want to waste my money again, I chose to receive a free sample from Sephora while making another purchase. BTW, Sephora is just great for doing that. FYI for those of you unaware....Sephora lets you pick 3 free samples after each purchase online. It's probably the same in...read more the stores but I do not know for sure. Anyhow, I tried this primer and was so happy that I did! First off, I used my fingertips to apply it directly to my lids. It goes on like foundation but dries quickly to a light powder. I noticed right away it took any discolorations off my lids and gave me a clean palette to work with. While applying my eyeshadow, I found it to be a lot easier. The shadow went on smoothly and blending was a breeze! After my work was done I kept looking in the mirror admiring it throughout the day. Not only were the colors much more vibrant but my eyeshadow looked as if it was just applied 6 hours later! Even when I went to wash off my makeup before bed, it still looked Fabulous! So I am SOLD on this product! Only drawback here ladies is the price.

    really works!!!

This is one of the best eye shadow primers I have used. REALLY works well with the UD eye shadows but other brands as well. Definitely worth the purchase. I also have the Sin primer which is gorgeous too.

    longer-lasting shadow = yay!

This magic potion keeps my shadow from creasing and makes it last all day. I deducted one star because it dries out my lids if I apply too much (I have super sensitive skin, so I don't know if this will be a problem for other people.)

    SIMPLY THE BEST!

I have tried EVERY possible eyeshadow primer, and have never found one that beats the performance of Urban Decay's Primer Potion. It provides a smooth, non-cakey canvas for shadows, and is very easy to apply. Nothing compares to its ability to keep my eyeshadow from creasing. It is AMAZING.

    My Love!

I heart this primer with a passion! I have oily eyelids and this stuff is like glue for your eyeshadow! It makes my eyeshadow stay for up to 12-13 hours and there is not even a trace of creasing! It does help make some of my eyeshadow colors pop but it's not all of them. Like my MAC and Urban Decay will pop some more but like my Clinique colors won't so I think it depends on the brand you use. This stuff is just the bomb!

    One Fabulouse Primer!

The ONLY reason this primer got 9 stars instead of 10 from me is because I've heard it contains parabens, which I may be weary about. I might switch to Too Faced Shadow Insurance when it runs out, but I'll still use it. It's terrific, long wearing, and crease-proof!

    Love it!

With my oily skin, I've come to expect that all the makeup I put on in the morning will be gone (or in need of major repair) by mid-afternoon. Well, the end of my workday came and went and still the eye makeup remained in place! I'm shocked (and totally in love). Will definitely buy again.

    OILY LID GIRLS FRIEND!!

This base is a must if you have oily lids. It makes shadows last all day without creasing or fading. It does make blending matte shadows a bit hard, but it is my base of choice 90% of the time.

Genie in a Bottle has made my wish come true!

This is the best eye primer I have ever used!! It's light, goes on so smoothly, and you don't even need that much! I just use a dab or two on each lid and blend blend blend! This has helped my cream shadow, which is famous for creasing, stay completely in place. I love the size of the bottle; great for on the go and the applicator is pretty good too. Like I said, I prefer blending with my finger...read mores, though. The style of the bottle is quite creative! :D The reason I give this product a 9 instead of 10 is I feel like there is so much more product in the bottle than you can get out! If there was a way to make this less of a "genie" shape and more of a long tube/cylinder shape, 10 stars it would be! Overall: Amazing product and great value!!

    Good but not Perfect

I have always had trouble keeping my eyeshadow in place--the colors tend to fade within a few hours, and I get the dreaded creasing, espeically with brighter, more highly pigmented shadows. I tried this potion, hoping it would be the cure-all. While it was good, and it did help keep the colors from fading and sliding around, it didn't really stop the creasing. And my eyeshadow didn't stay smooth...read more and powdery for very long after it was applied. The skin on my eyelids tends to stay pretty moist, so that may be part of the problem. I also have deep set eyes, so that may be part of it, too. In all, I will continue to use this product, but I'm still searching for the eye base that solves all my problems (and I don't think that's asking too much).
