As a cosmetologist and an admitted "product junkie", I swear there is no better eyeshadow primer in the world than Urban Decay. Love This Product!!!
I have been using this product for well over two years and I absolutely LOVE it. I have always had a problem with oily lids and whenever I wore eyeshadow it would end up all over the place but not with this. Once I put it on the eyeshadow that I apply over it never budges until I wash it off. I read about Urban Decay Potion primer on the pages of Allure. It does the job
It's great if all you're looking for is a primer that keeps your makeup from creasing and makes makeup look brighter. I must admit though its her sister in the gold bottle Sin Potion with glitter that is just absolute fabulous it not only does what shadow primer does but does double duty as a highlighter... I give this 5 stars for the product but 0 stars for the container. As mentioned below, I agree that the container sucks big time and won't be purchasing this product again because of the container issue. Good Product
I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, but with my dance recital coming up I had to look great and not have much time to change makeup. A friend recommended this but hadn't tried it herself, but I thought what the heck when I was preparing. It seems to work well when I need it to. But again, I don't wear a lot of makeup everyday - especially not eye shadow. POOF!! Wasted money...
The only thing amazing about this so called potion is the fact that I bought it. The promise of no creasing was most definitely broken. Wow, that's all I have to say!
When I read all the reviews on this product I was skeptical to say the least. I thought, none of these people really have super oily skin like I do. I thought there was no way this product could live up to all the hype, no way it could really prevent my eye shadow from slipping and creasing for the entire day. I WAS WONG. I can't believe it! I wish I would have listened to all the reviews earl...read moreier. This product makes my eye shadow last all day long. Seriously, take it from someone with ridiculously oily skin and eye lids, this stuff works.
