Magic in a Bottle
OMG....this product is amazing. Its so light weight, and it allows your eye make-up to truly last all day! Urban Decay is a really great line. The quality of their products really are just as good as Mac or even Bobby Brown, but more affordable! Which is a major plus for us girls :) So definitely have this primer potion apart of your routine to fabulous! I really do love this product, overall. Pros: 1) Helps shadow/liner stay put throughout the day - no creasing at all from any of my shadows! My best friend, whose eyelids tend toward oily, loves this stuff. 2) Smooths out the surface of the eyelid a bit (as other primers smooth lips, facial skin, etc.) Cons: 1) Can sometimes make difficult-to-blend shadows even more difficult to blend 2) T...read morehe packaging is such that you think the product is empty when it's far from it. You have to hack the bottle in half in order to dig out the rest of the product. Neutral: I have a medium-light Caucasian skintone; I don't notice an extra "pop" of color when using shadow in conjunction with Primer Potion. not as legendary as i thought
i heard all about urban decay primer from tutorials and other make-up gurus so i was happy when i finally bought my own bottle. however, the first time i wore it, my eye-makeup didn't hold any longer than it normally would. it got all smeared after 4 hours of wear (which is not that long for a primer that claims it will hold for a long time) i returned it and bought the other famous eye primer, two-faced shadow insurance eye primer and it did the job!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Didn't live up to expectations
Sorry to all u major UDPP fans, but it just didn't live up to my high expectations. Didn't make eyeshadow all that more vibrant, and it still looked faded by the end of the day. It's magic!
This works. It makes eye makeup appear more vibrant and keeps liner from smudging. I live in a hot and humid area and my makeup still stays put. My only complaint is the stupid packaging. It's ok but not the best one out there
It has an applicator like lip gloss. I just am not that crazy about the applicator. It keeps eye shadow on all day like all eye primers but I am just not that crazy about the applicator. Does its job
I like this primer because it simply does what it's supposed to do: help E/S stay on longer and keep colors looking vibrant. The only set back is its packaging. There's alot of primer that the wand does not reach to therefore you will have to depot it if you wan to get your money's worth of product (see EnkoreMakeup for how to depot UD primer).
