THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT YOU COULD EVER CHOOSE OFF THE SHELF at Sephora. Its not one of those products that say that they create a specific affect to your eye makeup and don't meet up to your standards , IT ACTUALLY LIVES UP TO THE STANDARDS of that oh so darling description on the box. Ever since I discovered this primer I've never ever went a day without applying this primer on my lids before applying any eyeshadow. No matter how good the eyeshadow was I still applied Urban Decays Primer. Now my standards are very high when I choose makeup but when it comes down to eyeshadow no matter how low quality the eyeshadow may be, this PRIMER changes all that. MY EYESHADOW LAST ME THE ENTIRE DAY thanks to urban decay's primer. Two simple swipes on the eye for me, a gentle rub in and I'm set for long lasting eyeshadow that promises my lids to stay beautiful! Your hair could be messy , your clothes might be flipped inside out even, but your eyeshadow will stay vibrant and poppy all day. The cost of this product I will say is perfect because as once said I have very high standards for my eye makeup and I want the product to be worth what I payed for it. URBAN DECAY PRIMER is definitely marked at the perfect price for what it can do! You can even apply urban decay primer below your eyes and use your eyeshadow as eyeliner and because you applied this primer it will stay as long as the eyeshadow on your lids! Love this Product
This product is amazing. Not only does it help your eyeshadow stay on all day but it also makes the colors more vibrant. It doesn't crease like some of the other bases i've tried. Must have primer
Love this primer! I had a cream shadow that just would not stay put. I hesitatnly tried this primer and was pleasantly suprised. My normally creasing and shifting shadow stayed put all day! Now I can't live without this product. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion- My Holy Grail When It Comes to Primers
This primer potion is really the best invention ever! I have just been trying it for a week now and not once did my eyeshadow creased. I have very oily lids, mind you but this product works like a miracle. Amazing product
This stuff does exactly what it says it will do....keeps your eye shadow perfect all day long. I initially got it in the "Sin" but the Sin has a shiny metallic look to it & only works with very dark eye shadows. This stuff leaves no color or metallic look behind so the color eye shadow you put on is the same color of eye shadow this leaves behind. Awesome
This is such a good primer! Before using it my eyeshadow would always smudge and fade. This primer brings out the colors a lot and keeps it in place. If I forget to wash my eye makeup off at night I don't have to worry about it being all over my face and looking like a mess. BEST BASE

A little goes a long way
I really love this stuff! My eyeshadow always creases, but with this underneath, that is never a problem. You have to be careful to only put a little bit on and smooth it quickly, or else it will dry with streaks, and your eyeshadow will have lines once you apply it. My only complaint is the one everyone has- the bottle is so stupid. You can only get about 40-45% of the product out with the inad...read moreequate wand and the "hips" on the bottle hold tons of product in them because the potion just kind of merges into them. A lot of girls are cutting the bottle open and finding at least 6 month worth of product left.
