Disappointing
I truly expected to love this product. I found the texture to be greasy, even on my dry skin. It also did nothing to help with dark eyelid coloration. Really found it just worthless. Love Urban Decay Primer Potion!
I started using this product about 2 years ago and since then I have noticed a huge improvement in the way my eyeshadows hold up through out the day. My eyeshadow doesnt crease or fade. I use this stuff every single day. I am always trying new looks with make up and i wear eyeshadow everyday, If you put the potion on before you start your eyeshadow/liner/mascara you will get unbelieveable staying power and a beautiful turn out. Great product, but not for everyone
This eyeshadow primer does do what it claims to do: It creates a perfect base that allows you to apply less eyeshadow and get a greater color payoff and makes eyeshadow stay on for hours and hours. It can be used with any brand of eyeshadow, not just Urban Decay brand eyeshadow. The only complaint about this product is that it does have a somewhat drying effect on the eyelids. It is great fo...read morer someone young or who has an issue with oily eyelids, but for someone older and/or who has dry eyelids, it's probably not a good fit. I wouldn't recommend it to my mother, since she is older and tends to have dry skin. More than amazing!
My eyelids are naturally REALLY oily and I also have really small eyelids. And when you're trying to put on eye makeup that can equal disaster. But with this primer, my eyeshadow NEVER creases, my eyeliner DOESN'T smudge and the pigmentation of the eyeshadow is unbelievable. I could never live without this stuff, it's truly a Godsent. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
I like the way the product works and the texture of it. The product did help my eyeshadow from creasing. The eyeshadow lasted all day. I even tried wearing it out on a girls night out, and it lasted all night. I don't like the packaging though. Because I will have to cut it up to get the the rest of the product. One of my must-have beauty products!
This eye primer is amazing. I have very oily eyelids and this is the only thing that works to prevent creasing. Not only does it prevent creasing, but my eyeshadows go on more smoothly and pigmented. My shadow stays on all day, and looks the same at the end of the day as when i just applied it. My only complaints are that it is a bit pricey ($17) and the packaging could be better. This primer is fantastic!

A animal-cruelty free product that works well!
For one, I love Urban Decay because they are a animal-cruelty free company and that is a big plus to me! Second, I love the packaging of their products and unlike many cruelty-free brands, they don't give off the image of being earthy and boho which I like but its nice to have other options as well. The primer worked great, giving my eyeshadow a smooth surface and it lasted all evening without wearing off.
