This is a makeup must for every girl. Put this primer unnder your eyeshadow and the shadow will last all day without creasing. It makes the colors on your lids pop! Put a little underneath your lower lashes along with some shadow for a smudgey smokey look. Urban decay has done it again! this is by far the best eye shadow primer next to too faced shadow insurance! A must have for oily lids!!
I have extremely oily skin, up to & including my eyelids. Shadows tend to crease in less than a couple of hours and eyeliner on my upper lids often smudged & disappeared. Pesonally, part of my decision in purchasing a product is relying on reviews from people who have used the product. This product is really great. The only down-side is the design of the bottle. It's difficult to detect how much product is left OR how to get all of the product out. This potion packs a Punch!
I heard about this product from another Makeup Artist that talked about how great this primer worked. So I bought a tube from ulta and decided to test how well it worked compared to MAC's shadow primer; and so I applied each of shadow primers to a different eyelid. I could definitely see how much brighter and intense the eyeshadow color was where I applied Urban Decay while the side where MAC was ...read moreapplied wasn't as vibrant. So in conclusion, Urban D Shadow Potion is some potent stuff. My oily lids thank you, UDPP!
I have oily lids. VERY oily lids that I thought would haunt me for the rest of my make-up wearing life. That is, until I heard about Urban Decay's Primer Potion! It took me awhile to get my hands on it, but when I finally did, I was amazed! The product goes on like a silky-smooth concealer over my lids, evening out not only the texture, but the skintone on my eyes and it dries in just a few second...read mores. Applying eyeshadow is no longer a struggle against the texture and oiliness of my lids! Not only that, but colors are more vibrant than ever, and they last and last and last... throughout my entire work day! Magic potion!
When I use this, my eyeshadow looks better and stays all day and night. I fell asleep in my makeup one night and when I woke up, it was still perfect! The only drawback is not being able to get all the product out with the design of the bottle. Wouldn't go without it
