Wanted to love this
I have a love affair with Urban Decay products and I WANTED to love this, but I was slightly disappointed. My eyes must be testy because some days it holds really well, other days not so much. Although I do consistently have to work very hard to even get it on my waterline. A positive? Great for your waterline
I have this in Legend, and it's awesome. It really stays on your waterline and doesn't budge. I wear it on my top waterline when I want to define my eyes without the obvious look of eyeliner, and I used it on my upper and lower waterlines when I do a smoky eye.
