Not as waterproof as the brow gel but still great!!!
I love this even more than the Anastasia brow promade. It's super smooth and creamy without drying out. I also own the NYX eyebrow gel and I find that this isn't as waterproof but the good thing is it doesn't dry as fast as the brow gel so it's easier to work with. I got this in the color Chocolate and should have gotten Brunette instead since Chocolate has a red undertone which makes my brows loo...read morek unnatural. I will exchange it at Ulta soon. Great bargain pick

Very Smooth
My eyebrows are sparse so I have tried a great number of eyebrow pencils/gels. I really like this product because it doesn't look dry when you apply. It's very smooth, almost a creamy texture between my fingers. For a drugstore brand, it really does it's job. I got the color chocolate, which did not look good on me.
