Favorite Self Tanner :)

After having a suspicious freckle removed by my dermatologist, I decided it was finally time to give up laying out, and start using self tanners. I've tried a few brands over the last few months, but hadn't really found one that had everything I was looking for. Some had good color, but smelled bad. Some smelled ok, but were streaky. It has a medium coconut smell that doesn't reek after a few hours. I really like the smell of this one. Applying it is super easy as it's a very smooth lotion. It's not too thick and isn't sticky as it dries (and after). It also didn't ruin my sheets-- big plus! The color it gives me is amazing. I'm naturally very pale and the dark shade I used looked really good. No streaks or that orange-y color at all. It lasted about 5 days on me before it started fading away. I think it would last a little longer, but I exfoliate religiously every day. Add to all this that Tanceuticals is cruelty-free and I now have my go-to tanner!

Amazing

Ok, first off I have to say is that I love the scent of coconut, so right away this seemed like the perfect self tanner for me! I also like the ingredients and the fact that it's cruelty-free. All of this was before I even tried it. Once I did, I absolutely fell in love with the color it gave me. It's very natural and compliments my skin tone perfectly. Gorgeous Color!

This gave me a lovely golden bronze color that's very pretty on me! The few self tanners I've tried in the past just didn't give me the color I was looking for. Tanceuticals was perfect! Applying it was easy too (that's another pet peeve of mine with self tanners). I really took my time to make sure I got each area covered with a thin layer if lotion. This product is more like a gel so a litt...read morele bit goes a long way! For me it dried in about 5-10 minutes, which is quick compared to others I've used. The smell of this one is amazing right out of the tube and when you're applying it. After a few hours on the skin it didn't smell as good but I've found that's pretty normal. I applied at night and was surprised that my sheets weren't all "dirty" the next morning! Really happy about that. So overall I'm obsessed with Tanceuticals. I plan on maintaining a beautiful tan with it all summer :)

Love It!

I usually don't write reviews on anything I've bought but had to about this. I've tried so many different self tanners and can't say enough good things about Tanceuticals! It's super easy to apply, not streaky, drys fast, smells amazing and gives you a nice color. Can't ask for much more than that in a self tanning lotion ;) You do however have to be careful about washing your hands after applying (of course, that applies to all self tanners). I will definitely be buying again.

Great Self Tanner :)

If you're looking for a great self tanner for a reasonable price, this is the one to try. I used the dark version and after only one coat, I woke up with a really natural-looking tan. It also make my skin feel very smooth, which I wasn't expecting :) Putting it on was very easy and it dries quickly, within 5 minutes I could barely tell it was there. I wish they had an 8+ ounce size, but the one I used got me 6 applications, which isn't bad for the price. Overall, this is the best self tanner I've tried.

Best Self Tanner!

Hands down the best self tanner I have ever used! Prior to buying this, I used a much more expensive "French" brand that worked pretty well. My only issue with this other brand was how long it lasted. I read somewhere online that Tanceuticals lasted 5-7 days, which is a long time in my opinion. So I decided to give it a try. It's a very slick lotion- so it spreads and blends easily and it dries within minutes. A little goes a long way! I also like that it didn't really stain my sheets or towels (or sink for that matter). The color this gave me was unbelievable the next day. It was smooth and very gorgeous on my (naturally pale!) skin. Love the color. Now for one of the most important points for me, how long it lasted. True to what I've read, it lasted about 5 days on me before it started coming off. For me that's excellent as I exfoliate a lot and really turnover those dead skin cells. So I'd say my experiment was a success. I found a great new self tanner that actually lasts!

If you want to be streaked with orange it's great!

I normally use zen tan or st. Tropez mousse and they are pretty nice. This stuff is terrible. I can't figure out why it gets so many good reviews. I followed the directions and exfoliated really well and used the mitt that goes with it. You can't see where you've put it as it does not have a color guide so it's a guessing game. I woke up with streaks of orange and places with no color at all. Waste of money!!

The Best :)

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Tanceuticals? I am absolutely in love with it just like a lot of fellow self tanners who have posted here already. I tried it 4-5 months ago in their "Dark" version and have used it ever since. Right away I knew it was going to be a winner! The smell was just soooo delicious. I actually left it on all night and then showered it off about 8 hours later in the morning. Looking at myself in the mirror the next morning is when I fell in love with this product. It gave me the most natural, bronze shade of tan I've ever got out of a bottle. Perfect! There really weren't any "cons" with Tanceuticals except maybe the bottle could be a little bigger. But then again, it was only about $25 so it was pretty affordable. Overall I love it and will continue using this as my go-to self tanner! I also recently began using their "face" self tanning product and feel like it's a perfect compliment. It leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth just like the body lotion!

Great Self Tanner

I bought this after seeing all the positive reviews all over the internet. I've used so many of these products over the years and am always excited to try what's "new and hot". I'm happy to report Tanceuticals didn't disappoint! There's really only 4 things I look for in a tanner. First, it has to be easy to apply (check for Tanceuticals). Love it, Love it, Love it!

I've been using this self tanner for about 10 months now and absolutely love it! I love the smell, love how easy it is to apply, love how quickly it dries and I love how long it lasts. I also tried the new "face" product they have and the "dark" formula looked really, really good on me (and moisturized my skin- bonus!). I have a complete crush on this self tanner and love my head-to-toe bronze glow!
