Great (even if your not a baby)

I use this on myself, and my baby. Works great. and the price is only a few dollars. I do like the smell of the She Butter one better though.

Good alternative to traditional baby oil

I usually use body butter or body lotion. But I like to use baby oil after swimming (or sun tanning) to replenish skin. I find that baby oil gel is more ideal to bring to a gym because I hate slippery messy bottles of regular baby oil. My choice of Johnson's baby oil gel is the one with the green cap, the aloe version, which has a very light pleasant scent. I apply it to my still-damp-after-shower...read more skin and pat myself dry lightly. It is easier to control the amount I need since the gel is obviously thicker than a traditional body oil. Since it is a bit heavy and rich for everyday use, I don't use it on my non-swimming days. After swimming my skin becomes quite dry, and this gel keeps my skin from drying out. And it is very affordable!

greasy, but hydrating

Ive used the cocoa butter as wel las the aloe versions of baby oil gel. I use it alot in the summer to keep my after-sum skin looking hydrated, and use it after shaving for intense mouisturization. I put it on damp skin nd pat dry. It can get a little greasy, but much better than traditional oil. I like to wear it on my legs in the summer with shorts or a skirt becasue it creates such a glossy shi...read morene on my legs, they look like supermodel legs! Warning tho- it will get on clothes and fabrics, so be careful what u wear after u put it on!!

Not for the sensitive.

This made me itch like crazy and really didn't do anything to moisturize. Also, the scents are distracting and nauseated me.

LOVE IT

i have extremely dry skin on my arms and shoulders and this works so well it leaves my skin soft and its so cheap, you dont need to have a baby to buy this use it on your self!

love it for the summer!!

I have very dry ashy skin during the summer. And I always have to put on a glob of lotion just to not look ashy or dry. And my skin use to itch a lot trying on every different lotion each day. So I tryed this,I don't like regular baby oil because its to messy so I tryed the gel formula and I love it. It moisturizes my skin,and makes it non ashy. Much less greasy than the regular baby oil.

And I do like that about this product. It is easy to apply because of the gel consistency and it gets another plus for that. Like most baby oils, though, it is mineral oil and it wasn't so hard to find a baby-type oil that is not mineral oil based. It does have a nice soft fragrance and really helps keep legs and hands hydrated.

Great for super dry hands.

I have tried numerous lotions and creams for my dry hands, but Johnson's Baby Oil is what works best for me. Winter means dry hands and my skin chaps and splits ..ouch. I put this on at night and top with any hand lotion (helps keep oil on the hands) before going to bed, and it really helps.

a must have everyday and everynit

this product does indeed keep your skin soft and feeling like a babys bottom, i put it on right after i shower to soak in allmthe moisture and the price is very resonable at walmart
