WORTH the MONEY!
I got a sample of this at Sephora the other day and I absolutely LOVE it. It looks so natural and lets my skin breathe and personally i think it does a really good job and the coverage is good as well. I did not need a lot for usage, the sample I got can last 4-5 uses and it wasn't a huge sample either. Run, don't walk to Sephora and buy this. To all who doubt this product, here's a tip: when I first tried this, I felt it was too sheer, not worth the money; all the same negativity that is listed by reviewers. After about a week, I switched back to my Mac Studio Fix liquid for a day. WOW. What a difference. What I didn't realize with my Mac was that it started to cake mid day (2X pumps, even with ...read moremy Smashbox Photo Finish Light, 187 brush application and MUFE setting powder) I didn't realize how heavy it was...next day, back to MUFE HD. So flawless,lasting, non cakey with great coverage... same everything I was doing with the Mac but this is so much better. My HG foundation. This stuff is good but your paying a high price for it. I usually don't mind splurging on foundtation because its my go to make-up must have. PROS: light weight, every color imaginable to match any skin tone, great packaging. CON: I feel like I get oily by mid day and need to use an oil sheet. I have combination skin - dry and oily. LOVE i!
I just bought my first bottle from Sephora, skeptical about the claims but I tried it. It is my new favorite! Worth every penny (I will only use it on special occasions however). It covers EVERYTHING, I had a natural matte finish and all of my acne scars and pores were covered. I finally did the final test, I took a picture. I couldn't believe that my face didn't look shiny or red, it looked great! My skintype: Acne-prone/combination My skintone: Fair with pink undertones I had high expectations when buying this foundation and it suprises me to say that it fulfilled almost all of them. My shade matched me excellently, the coverage is medium but easily buildable, and the finish is a beautiful satin [natural/almost dewy]. It applies beautifully with a damp makeup sponge [my favourite method] ...read morebut using your clean fingers or a stipling brush produces flawless results as well. True to its word, it diffuses imperfections and feels light as a feather--easy to forget you're wearing a foundation. No breakouts that I'm aware of, were caused by this product. It's the only base I've ever repurchased. However, it doesn't cover redness as well as I would like--I have a slight flush in my lower cheek area and it was never as muted as I would've preferred.
