The best
I've gone through so many straighteners before, but this one has been the best and it still works! Most of mine died within a few months, but I've had it for over a year and it still works just like the day I got it. It's really small and heats up really hot. It doesn't have a temperature control, and it is really hot, so people with delicate hair would have to watch out. I found mine at Sally's Beauty Supply for around $65-$70. best straightener I've ever had. This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

I'm impressed!
I just bought this iron yesterday and immediately tried it. I was a little skeptical because I just can't find a straightener that would handle my wavy coarse hair. Since I found this one in Marshalls for $30, I decided to give it a try. It doesn't have a temperature control, so I was very careful first but the iron didn't seem to be too hot though it was straightening my hair pretty well, leaving...read more it shiny. I did have to over 2-3 times, especially in the most resistant areas - around my face and on the back. The result was impressive - straight and shiny, and my hair finally didn't feel fried after but alive and really soft so I kept touching it all evening! My hair stayed straight all night and this morning I just had to brush it to have the same great straight look like last night. So, I'm very impressed and I think I'll keep it. I haven't been able to curl my hair with it yet (because it's so flat) but I'm going to figure it out. It looks like a good quality straightener, it's very light, and also looks stylish. And, of course, for $30 it's such a deal! Check out your Marshalls stores! This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful
