Prefer the Traditional Mitchum Liquid, But this WORKS!

I don't care for a perfumed scent, subtle as it is, because I fear that it competes with my body lotion or perfume. But it delivers excellent protection from odor and wetness, in the Mitchum tradition.

Works as well as prescription deodorant

I used a prescription deodorant (which I hated) for years before a nurse practitioner recommended this. It is the only over-the-counter product that keeps me dry and odorless. It is non-irritating and doesn't have a strong smell. Although it takes a couple of minutes to dry, it lasts for up to two days and doesn't stain clothes.

Sighhh

I have used the Mitchum brand since 1983, after I moved to the Eastern United States and found out how useless most deodorants are in high-humidity conditions. Mitchum was the only product I found that worked. It is regrettable that Mitchum chose to change the active ingredient. I hadn't thrown the old container out, so I compared labels. I can do so again now for you because I have hung onto that old container, as well as the unusable newer one. Whence, OLD ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly 20% NEW ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrate 25% Now I am unable to use either the roll-on or gel Mitchum products. Thanks, Mitchum, for taking a perfect product and ruining it.

Works Well...

One of the better deodorants I've used. This really keeps sweating under control. The smell is mild enough (not good like some of the other products I've tried, but definitely not offensive either). It's long lasting, too. A very good purchase if you're looking for something that really holds up.

total coverage

I have used this product for many, many years. I find that this is the only deodorant that I can use without developing an allergic reaction. This product is total coverage for the entire day and never lets me down.

a really good deodorant... that works great!

I have really sweaty underarms that sweat regardless of the time of day...I have tried many other products before but this deodorant elimnates that underarm wetness problem and it leaves none of the residue that occurs when using solid stick deodorant...It dries fairly quickly and has a very light scent of baby powder that is not over powering...I recommend this to anyone with underarm wetness problems
