not so good
i bought this foundation in december i guess.. i was looking for something new and since i was trying all the formulas (liquid, powder.... ) i was wondering what a MOUSSE would do.. and it did do anything at all! i used to have this friend at HS that loves this stuff! but when i tried on.. it looks bizarre likes it cakes even when i apply it :s i put primer and it doesnt work! the only good thing is that the color shade matches!! =))..This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Love it!
I love this product. What I don't like is that Walgreens doesnt have a tester so I purchased the wrong shade and finally I got the right one just by comparing the last shade I purchased. All in all, I love how smooth this is. It feels like I have nothing on. coverage is weird on bumpy skin
i'll admit, this does cover redness pretty well! but on my forehead, i have bumpy skin... when i put the mousse foundation over it, it makes it extremely obvious! this is probably great for people with smooth skin looking to get rid of redness. as for bumpy acne-prone skin, i would say it magnifies them even more!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

My DREAM Foundation!
I absolutely love Dream Matte Mousse Foundation. It is extremely soft, silky and smooth! You only need to dab your finger on it and there's enough coverage for your entire face! I've been using it for over a year now and it's incredibly perfect! LOVE IT :)
Can anybody say, IN LOVE? I love the matte feel of this foundation. It's VERY light and it actually feels like you're wearing no makeup. It applies very smoothly, though it doesn't provide a lot of coverage. Best way to apply is with a makeup sponge and apply all over face and then finish with a translucent powder. Caramel dark 2
I wanted to experiment with a d/s brand matte foundation. The colors are decieving at first glance. Just to give an idea of my complexion I am A/A skin toned and normally wear studio fix in NW 43. I first tried this product in toffee 0 (after trying maybelline liquid foundation in caramel 2 and thought it to be too dark)Well.... Toffee was way too light, it looked fine in ALL the mirrors in my hou...read morese- well I did think it was a little pale at first but then it settled in to look good, or so I thought. I took a photo of myself and I still looked good on my cam's 3x3" screen. But, when I uploaded it to my computer I looked like a ghost!!! good thing I didn't leave the house. Because I liked the texture and the light feeling, I decided to give DMM one more try and purchased it in caramel dark 2. Perfect match. I will suggest still using a moisturizer even though going for a matte look, b/c without it even the caramel (which is a good match) had powdery white/ashy finish, and a little goes a very long way. I have only been using it for a few days and I have noticed my skin feeling a little irritated. Idk if it is b/c of this foundation or other things I've been using lately but my face is itchy..... Save your money
I bought this foundation thinking it would be a nice change of pace and I was wrong. The mousse was cake like on my skin and very uneven. I just could not stand the way it felt on my face. I felt like I had inches of makeup slathered all over me and I had to wash it off. Oh so nice.
this is air soft and you dont even feel it on. i used to have rough skin so this flaked off and looked terrible but with the right exfoliator i was back on track. im not a huge fan of the matte look but every once in a while i use this if i need extra coverage on my normally [normal] skin. if you want a smooth look i reccomend you buy this. dry skin, a no no. oily skin, a big yes! p.s. - I ADORE THE BLUSHThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

stays matte for a while

Not good for my skin.
