I like the thought that it's natural and got it because the infomercial indicated easy cover up of spots. I tried a few weeks and the result wasn't as good as the infomercial. It is as it says easy as 1-2-3 to apply BUT I always had to conceal my spot AFTER applying all over my face. It looked good for a few hours and it made me feel confident BUT after seeing myself in a mirror out in the sunligh...read moret...I still could see all my spots. It was like the foundation wore off or something. The worst thing about this product is the convenience. This is not a convenient product. It's messy from the get go. Oh and to reapply anywhere, anytime....no, no, no. It is very messy. You definitely can't blot anytime with this product or it's mineral veil. Good for a loose powder
I normally use pressed powders, but I had seen so many advertisements for this, that I thought I would give it a try. I will probably stick with pressed powder, because I think it is much easier. But aside from that personal preference, I thought the product was wonderful. Not for the large pore girl...
I really wanted to love this product; I bought it twice just to say I gave it a fair shot. The consistency is very fine, and the finish is very smooth and nice. However, even with primer, it sunk into my pores and emphasized my flaws. It doesn't last more than half a day either on my t-zone. Good for sensitive skin, great natural coverage.
I love this foundation! I was skeptical at first, but now I'm won over by the fact that my sensitive skin (rosascea) actually looks and feels better having used this now for a few months, plus there is SPF! Bare Minerals is very light on the skin. The product can last all day if you don't tend to have oily skin. NOT for southern chicks
Rather than repeat everything negative that has all ready been said in reviews (looks shiny, rubs off easily, does not last) let me add: does NOT stand up to heat and humidity. regardless the primer used, and: I've tried them all, this foundation cakes, then wilts away in over 80 temps.
