I used to work for the Bare Mineral call center in Arizona. When I first started it was about the job and nothing else. so so....
i was a BE girl for just around a year before i went on a new quest....i have fair, somewhat oily skin, and BE did not stay with me...by 10 am, it just looked like i wasn't wearing anything! the initial application was infact flawless, but i need something with more staying power...i am a HUGE lover of BE eyeshadows though, and their rareminerals skincare!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great Product
I have used this product (and other BE products) for about 7 years. I love all of them. I have skin that is prone to breakouts and very oily. Liquid foundation just rolls off and makes a mess. Cream to powder feels really heavy. Bare Essentials products do neither. I like that I can do a light or heavy application, depending on where I am going. I love that it does not make my skin breakout...read more. It really is a great alternative to traditional foundations. I will never go back to traditional foundations. Best Foundation Ever
I started trying Bare Escentuals about three years ago. I always use to wear liquid and found that it looked like I was artificailly made up. After I started using this foundation, my makeup looked natural but with better coverage all day long. Never need to reapply. I have a very active lifestyle and I like it because it has SPF 15 which gives me coverage while looking great. There have been time...read mores when I have went out without it and gotten a sunburn. Best Foundation
I have very sensitive skin and is prone to breakouts. The Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Foundation with SPF 15 not only makes my skin feel and look better it also has helped clear my skin. WONDERFUL new product....even my Mom is using it!
I had a friend use her BE on my face and I was amazed at the transformation. I have been cursed with uneven skin plus a ton of oil and regular foundation type makeup would look too fake and eventually, just disappear as the day went on. After all of the hype I decided to try the mineral foundation and much to my surprise I did have a flawless, smooth look!!! Bare minerals lasted all day and just gave my skin a fresh feel!. good for clear skin only
I tried this product looking for a more natural alternative to my make up routine. I was very disappointed with bare minerals. I believe it works best for clear skin. If you have a few acne scars this is not the product for you. It failed to conceal any of my acne scars. I tried using concealer with this. I failed miserably. I want to believe it works!
My sister and I decided to order our own shades for the coverage and for the spf. We got them and tried them. We were covered and our complexions were even but not matched correctly. My sisters was too light and mine was too dark. I mixed mine in with hers and it toned it down. Compared to my neck and above breast I looked like I had on a mask.
