better not sweat
This foundation does offer buildable coverage, but if you have any kind of lines or wrinkles it will settle into them and make you look like a painting on a canvas. Also if your face sweats in the least... I sweat alot!. you will be left with streak marks down your face. also, your face cannot be too moisturized, or it will clump and be obvious in those places. I have been using bareminerals for about 2 years now, and while at first i loooved this makeup and it works well in the summer for light coverage, for the entire winter season it made me combination skin look dried out. this makeup is also not the best to keep blemishes covered up, since it rubs off very easily and makes anything that has dried out even more noticeable. not good for girls with dry skinThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

It does not work on everyone

I used this for over 5 years. I'm 43 and could not live with out it. Its worth every pennie! If you have large pores then use her primer or any proudaton primer and see how wonderful it is. This makeup always brings me raves. I find every one is complimenting my look. If you are willing to rethink makeup application and use the brushes properly, making up is a breeze. Huge Learning Curve with this one
I think when you get this product on correctly it looks fabulous. But when you get even the tiniest bit too much, it does settle into pores and lines and looks awful. You have to make sure for one thing that your moisturizer is allowed to set up and is completely soaked into your skin. Most people don't have the time to do this. Also, the right brush is absolutely essential. excess shine/breakout warning!
BM contains a very high amount of titanium dioxide, which caused cystic acne outbreaks after extended use. In the short term, it causes quite a bit of shine due to mica, and itchiness due to bismuth oxychloride.
