Good and Bad
This product covers blemishes well and produces a flawless finish, but I feel that you MUST use a primer first and moisturize (if necessary). If you don't the makeup cakes in the areas where blemishes and/or dry skin are and makes it obvious that they are there. Also blemishes/dry areas will look worse if you try to take a little powder and a small brush to try to cover them. Overrated
I wish I could love this product, but I can't. I can only say if you have perfect skin, its great for you. Anyone with large pores will hate this. It also has a slight sheen to it, not the dewy kind most people like. The mineral veil does help to remove some of the sheen and mattify a little. I have to use way too much to cover a few broken capillaries, even using it as a concealer first. No...read morew they actually have concealers, so its not as multi-functional as its advertised as. Love this product
I have been using Bare Escentuals for about 5 years now and I love it. Before I found this product I would try liquid foundation and then another never finding what looked good on my skin. then I came arcoss this and have not used it since. I like that is easy to apply you really don't get the make up line on the side of your face. I do have a few issues with the product but it doesn't stop me...read more from using it. My my problem is that it doesn't stay on all day but not that big of a deal if I want I'll just put more on. I feel that the price is good for this product some of the other items that this company carriers I bleieve is a little pricy but I just don't buy that item. In closing this proudct is wonderful. I'm a lover!
I really love bareMinerals foundation, although I do understand why some women have absolutely no love for it. If it caused me to break out with cystic acne, or severe itching, I'd hate it too. However, thankfully I have neither of the previously mentioned problems. As a female who suffered with severe acne all through her adolescent and teen age years, 2 chemical burns, and accutane, I have tried everything! Goooood Stuff!
i love bare minerals. this is my HG foundation. i purchased this at the beginning of summer when i ran out of my mac studio fix. i love the foundation, warmth, and the mineral veil; makes my skin look close to flawless. the only thing that bothers me is that my skin gets super shiny after an hour of having this on): the infomercial doesn't lie; it honestly feels like i have NO makeup on. i would not recommend this if you have really dry skin, unless you have a really good moisturizerThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Better than ANYTHING I have ever tried

So they show me Bare Minerals, and I got really excited because I wanted something that would make me look very natural. They told me it lasts all day and will never turn orange or get cakey, so they did a demonstration. It looked great on me. I was so surprised at how natural my face looked and that when I touched it, I had no make up on my hands. It has never made my face dry or my pores look big, and my face is never orange. I am very satisfied with this product, and advise people to use it. I have been using Bare Minerals for over a year now, and I have never had any problems with it Not even on the most humid of days. Feels and looks like your own skin
I only use this product for foundation. It never feels sticky on your face and lasts about all day,I reapply it if I am going out at night and it looks even better not too over done. I SLEEP in it and my face never gets clogged pores because of it. Great product and reduces redness too.
