not so great for dry skin
in the infomercials, they stress that this goes on "creamy" even though it is a powder, so they make it seem that it is suitable for dry skin as well. i have dry skin, and i would have to disagree. although it is less drying than traditional powder makeup, it is still rather drying (even with the primer), and it is not as "sheer" as they claim. Besides this, id have to say it does have pretty good coverage, and it does even out your skin quite well, as well as cover up your blemishes, but it does fade off within 6 hrs. Very Good
I really like this product. I have bought countless of other foundations and none cover as well or feel as light weight as this. I have even used other mineral makeups but none can compare to BareMinerals. If you use the PrimeTime primer, it will clog your pores. Just use a good moisturizer instead. I have been told by many people- some who are very make-up savvy- that my skin looks airbrushed when I have it on. Best Foundation!
This foundation gives amazing medium-full coverage without looking cakey!! It easily covers blemishes, skin redness and under eye darkness. It is the best foundation that I have ever used. My skin can get a touch oily by late in the day and with a quick extra sweep of the brush on my T-zone its eliminated without looking too heavy! Skin perfection!

Overall happy with it
I bought a kit about a year ago and although I use it infrequently (I don't wear much makeup usually) I've been very satisfied with the results - AS LONG AS I USE A VERY LIGHT HAND. I dab some of the lightest foundation on red or dark spots and any capillaries that have cropped up as well as under my eyes, and do the swirly blush thing over my cheeks, forehead, chin & neck. I tend to get zits monthly (even tho I'm 48 for goodness sake!) and when I use the BM they tend to crop up less. I stay away from the crows feet, however. It seems to creep into the cracks. I would buy this again
