Good for young, unlined skin

Over-rated? Not possible.
Okay, maybe this doesn't work for everyone. What does? But I have never been so in love with a product in my life. I went from problematic, blemished, uneven skintone (sometimes slathered with a badly blended foundation, no less, in the vain hopes that that might help) to no less than two compliments a day on my complexion overnight. This simply works, feels, and looks better than any foundation I...read more've ever used. The only drawback is that it can be messy -- don't pull on the cashmere sweater until you're done applying. Oh, and don't wear when you're sick -- true story: I came to work extremely ill one day and told my boss I might have to leave early. She was nice about it but said "you look great!" with that hint of "you're not faking, are you?" in her voice. I was feeling feverish and overheated, so I went to the restroom and washed my face. Passed her in the hall moments after that (now sans the Bare SPF Foundation) and she exclaimed "Oh, my god! Even covers surgical scars.
This stuff is God-sent. I recently had a biopsy done on my cheek leaving a gross scar along my cheek bone. This stuff makes me look flawless everywhere, including over my scar. I don't get the hype.
I tried BareMinerals in the palest color they offer and it still made me look like I had a fake tan. It looked waxy no matter how much I buffed and it seemed to settle into every pore making me look crinkly when I am not! Easy to do what's right!

Great product

Only for people with already flawless skin
I tried bare minerals on 3 different occasions- all of which made my combination skin shiny and accentuated my blemishes. My roomate had the same issues- we both agreed, not worth the price, does not live up to the hype. Amazing Foundation
BareMinerals foundation is very unique and to fully get the benefits of it you have to master application. It’s not hard, it just takes practice. Remember that a little goes a long way. Also, you really do want to utilize the “swirl, tap, buff” method. The more you buff, the more the product seems to “melt” into your skin. This foundation offers amazing, lightweight coverage.
