Not as great as I hoped.
Still great though. I mean we've all heard the hype. It is better for your skin for sure and I have noticed a difference in my skin. It also does help to even out skin tone but maybe I picked the worng shade or something because the coverage is not so great. light and sheer

Good for covering sunburn
I spent all day at an outdoor festival last summer and forgot to bring extra sunblock. I ended up with an incredibly painful and bright red face. The next day, I brushed on this foundation and it minimized the redness to the point where it only looked like I "got a little sun". Yikes!
I was so excited to try Bare Minerals since so many people raved about it. I finally bought the kit but was let down it made my pores around my face look bigger and I didn't find it gave very good coverage. I don't have acne but I am pale so I need something to even out my skin tone. bare binerals best on the planet

Great, but does not last all day
I love this foundation and it is great for weekends and general everday wear. I was very skeptical because I've always found that powders accentuate wrinkles and make my skin itch, but this one really does make my skin look even-toned and luminous. Surprisingly Good
I had tried Bare Minerals Foundation years ago and it didn't work for me. I tried it again recently at the suggestion of my dermatologist and have been happy with it. I am in my thirties, but still suffer from acne, while still having dry skin. The coverage is good and my skin has been less dry.
