The bronzer is better...
The foundation is ok. On the comercial it shows that it is long wearing and waterproff. Neither is true. When I used it this past winter and had turtle necks on there would be a ring around the collar of the makeup. Good Stuff
BareMinerals works very well for my fair, combination skin. I find that the key is to not use too much, if you do, it can highlight flaws. I've also found that if I really want to hide flaws I need to use a non-powder concealer underneath the BareMinerals foundation. And sometinmes, if I want a "dewey glow" I go with a liquid foundation and cheek stain rather than powders, but overall this is a great product and a good way for the makeup-averse to get started.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Totally not for most people

Well worth the expense
The Bare Minerals makeup has a incredibly light and silky texture. Like other mineral makeup, I like that its versatile. I love that I can use the mineral powders as eye shadow, face color or whatever I like. I can blend a blush and eye shadow with each other or with foundation to change the shade. I can do what I want! Mix, blend, highlight, and more. I tried both the medium and light starter kit...read mores for foundation. I was happy with every shade, and look forward to trying more. My skin is fair and I have a slightly yellow or olive tone, but easily found a matching shade in both kits. The mineral veil gave my skin a nice glow. Produces a Flawless Complexion

I love BareMinerals I have extra sensitive skin and this is the only foundation that doesn't make my face itch. It is smooth and makes your skin soft! When I use it my skin afterwards is softer than before. This actually helps your skin. It also has SPF 15 which has saved me frommany sunburns. Best coverage I've ever had
I've been using bareminerals for over a year and it does a wonderful job covering my rosacea and any other discolorations that I have.
