#1 Foundation

I will never use any other makeup again
I have been using Bare Minerals for 6 years and I can't get over how much I love it. I have turned all of my girl friends onto this brand and they too can't believe how well it covers and how natural they look. It's all in the application, a little goes a long way! Make sure you go through the 'swirl-tap-buff' process before applying to your face otherwise you will look powdery. YUCK! Gave it 2 chances and still say....YUCK!
This was the first mineral makeup I ever tried. I remember ordering it from QVC when it first came out and was surrounded by all this wonderful HYPE. I ripped open the box when it arrived and went and washed my face to try it right then. I put it on and buffed and buffed (like the directions stated) and I thought, ok, this stuff looks alright. Then, I went to do a load of laundry. While passi...read moreng by a mirror in the hall I looked at my face. It had this weird sheen to it, so I thought maybe I needed the powder that came with this as well, so I applied some of it too. Well, that helped, but after a few hours this stuff had made me look like a dirty oily mess. Not to mention the itchy feeling it gave me. Back to QVC it went. A few years went by and I thought I would try this brand again. I thought that perhaps I hadn't used the right method or correct color, so I purchased samples off of ebay of it. While finding the right color, I still experienced all of the same from above and not to mention that it made my pores look twice as big as they are AND I even used a Primer first (well, I tried several different primers) which made no difference. Love!
I love BareMinerals Foundation. I have been using it for over 3 years and will not go back to any other foundation. It does not look like makeup when it is on your face; it looks natural. My favorite foundation!
I have tried so many foundations and finally found a keeper. I have sensitve skin and this really works for me. I live the fact that you can't feel that you have it on. Love Love Love it
I have trouble skin and this makeup not only makes my acne invisible, but it makes my skit better. the next day, my skin is smoother and less broken out. Not Loving It
I've heard from sooo many people who love this product. I'm not one of them. I found that it made me look very very shinny, not a good thing since I have oily skin. It also made me break out badly!! I really gave it a chance since so many people I've heard from thought that it cleared their skin and gave it a matte finish that I was hoping for.
