Looks Very Natural

value for the money
This foundation is the only one that has been able to remain on my face for the entire day.. Not a good product for dry or aging skin
I'm sorry to say I've tried several mineral foundations, and none of them work all that well for mature skin. I like the initial coverage, but it wears off, and if I reapply the powder, it looks cakey and dry. Ok, I admit that I kept buying this product hoping I'd see the jazz everyone is talking about. My experience?: dried out skin, didn't last long, touch your face--off it comes, piles up in cracks (aka wrinkles). Mineral Make-up works for me.
While there is a lot of hype about Mineral Make-up in the media, especially these days, I find that it is the ideal solution for me. I have always had an oily complextion. Any liquid foundations I have tried end up turning "orangey" on me and regardless of the claims, end up making me look oiler and my pores look larger. It is such a relief to put it on in the morning and not have to worry about checking my face throughout the day for foundation problems. I have tried a few brands and am happy with BareMinerals because it is easier to apply and blend than the others. I have very fair skin, so I do have to blend two colors to get the shade just right. To all the ladies, So I was constantly seeing the BareMinerals infomercial and I kept thinking to myself I have to try it. So, I went to Mirror Mirror in my home state, VT and had the sales lady apply the foundation. I looked in the mirror and was shocked at the results. This is a foundation that you put on and yet you don't feel like you have it on. It goes on so smooth and flawless and it really does hide fine lines, acne, and discoloration.
