I love the idea of the new mineral powder foundations. I like a natural look so I couldn't wait to try it. I was sorry I spent the money. Do not bother with this at all if you have fine lines or wrinkles, because the powder just settles in them making them look more noticeable. The Good and the Bad
While Bare Essentials can be good to cover some light blemishes, I find that it actually increases the apearance of lines by giving them a cacky look. As far as the easy on the skin part, The brush is very abbrasive and actually causes skin irritation. Bare and Natural

Best Foundation!
I love Bare Escentuals Foundation. I have been using it for years. I love how a little goes a long way with this product. You can choose the level of coverage you want from light to heavy. It always looks natural no matter how much you choose to put on. I feel like I can get through the whole day without having to worry about my makeup. The only time I would touch it would be if I were going out for the night. Suprisingly good product
The first time I saw this product was on an infomercial, I was really skeptical. Then, I tried it and was pleasantly suprised. Me: 30 years old, combination to dry skin, few fine lines, some hyperpigmentation spots The Good: 1. Very good coverage: The introductory pakage comes with two different brushes. The kabuki give better coverage, and it's still natural. If you use their concealer brush, a...read morend use the foundation powder as a concealer, it works amazingly well!!! Better than any concealers I have used in the past. And the concealed thspot blends in well with the rest of the face without looking cakey. 2.Doesn't clog pores/cause breakouts: I sometimes works more than 24 hours straight with less than an hour of sleep. And at work, I never had to take it out. The second day, no breakout. This has never happened with other foundations. Downside: 1. Can be cakey when your skin is dry: Since this product comes in powder form, it does not go on well when my skin is very dry in the winter, it will only make my skin look dryer. In the winter I tend sometimes to use other liquid foundations which doesn't have this problem. 2. Can be messy: I am clumsy. Bare Minerals Foundation
So I decided to try bare minerals in the few months before my wedding, and now I'm hooked. It does not clog my skin, it is so much easier to wear throughout the day too. I can sweat, cry (tears of joy, of course ;)), and the make up stays put. I love that my skin looks smooth despite some acne scarring and blemishes.
